Course Overview:

This workshop is designed to teach participants the art of upholstering a bedhead. Participants will learn upholstery techniques, fabric selection, and design principles to create a customised and stylish bedhead for their bedroom.

Workshop Outline:

• Preparing the bed head frame for upholstery

• Adding foam and padding 

• Sewing cover, learn how to make piping

• Upholstering the bedhead with fabric

• Attach hardware

• Prerequisites: No prior experience required, but basic DIY skills are helpful.

• Materials: All necessary tools and materials will be provided. 

• Bring:  x metre of upholstery grade fabric or purchase either from us

Additional Notes:

• You’ll need x metre of fabric, of which you will need to source before the commencement of your course. You can source your own upholstery grade fabric orde it through us . Please check out our website which includes links to our favourite Fabric suppliers.

 If you would like to see any samples, please get in touch and we will have them send to your home. Please allow 2-3 weeks prior to the course for this process.
