Vinyl was commonly used in the mid century furniture production: cheap and malleable, it made a popular choice. To be honest, I have never been a fan. Hence I decided that these will be recovered in this gorgeous, soft upholstery leather. Leather is a more subtle material, it has natural markings that add an organic feel to it. Though a more expensive material, it trumps in longevity.

These chairs have been fully restored. The wood has been sanded back and polished, the grain is absolutely stunning. The upholstery has been completely renewed with new webbing, foam and soft upholstery leather. A lot of work has gone into them, they are made to last.
