Wow- I am totally in love with this piece!

If you don’t know 1950’s is my favourite mid century decade. The postwar years were calling for a change in art and society in general. Designs moved from heavy ‘brown furniture’ to lighter more fragile designs. Gold, black and white as well as a range of pastel hues were the colours of the decade.

We reupholstered this beautiful piece by Conrad Rudd in luxurious fabric with cross hatch design from MOKUM called ‘Mondrian Noir’.

The sofa has been fitted with a new high density foam mattress that will offer a comfortable night of sleep. 2 loose wedge cushions form the back rest.
